BMCO is Hiring – Pest Control Sales Consultant (KSA)

Position: Pest Control Sales Consultant
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Join Date: Immediate joiners preferred (within 1 week of selection)
Languages Required: Fluent in Arabic & English
Driving License: Mandatory
Experience Required: 3–5 years of Sales experience in the Pest Control industry
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM systems

Job Description:
Execute the sales strategy provided by the Sales Manager to achieve monthly sales targets, contract renewals, and profitability.

Focus on B2B and Outdoor Sales within the Pest Control sector.

Identify and approach potential clients and business leads through active market prospecting.

Deliver professional sales presentations highlighting the benefits of sustainable pest control services.

Conduct site surveys to determine service requirements and pricing when necessary.

Create customized offers and proposals using appropriate marketing tools.

Promote new products and services to existing clients and strengthen client relationships via planned follow-ups and visits.

Address client needs efficiently and coordinate with internal departments for smooth service execution.

Educate clients on the process to maximize the value of provided services.

Prepare and follow up on proposals until contract finalization and manage after-sales care.

Manage contract renewals where applicable.

Communicate new sales and renewals clearly to the Operations team.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in CRM systems.

Submit detailed weekly and monthly sales reports.

Represent the company at events and exhibitions to promote services.
