Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machines and related automation equipment. You will provide technical support to customers, ensuring optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, commission, and calibrate CNC machines at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide operator training and technical support to end users.
• Accurately document service activities, including maintenance records, reports, and parts usage.
• Assist with remote troubleshooting and technical support as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, sales, engineering) to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CNC technologies and company product lines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.
