Substation O&M Team (Saudi Arabia)
Positions Available:
Operation Manager & Shift Lead – 1 Person
Platform O&M Engineer – 2 Persons
Inspection Engineer – 2 Persons
Asset Management Engineer – 2 Persons

Location: [Riyadh, Saudi Arabia]
Employment Type: Full-time (Shift-based, including night rotations)

Common Requirements for All Roles:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
Experience: Experience in substation operations, control centers, or power system maintenance.

Technical Skills:
Familiarity with SCADA, IEDs, RTUs, or grid monitoring systems.
Knowledge of substation equipment (transformers, breakers, relays, etc.).
Work Schedule: Must be willing to work rotational shifts (day/night).
Nationality Restrictions: Due to site regulations, some candidates cannot be considered.

Role-Specific Responsibilities:
1. Operation Manager & Shift Lead
Lead technical assessments, proposals, and client reports.
Oversee shift operations and safety compliance.

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in power system and automation, computer, software engineering, more than 2 years of experience in computer software system operation and maintenance, familiar with Linux and Window operating systems, SOL databases, familiar with software project operation and maintenance
Language: Fluent in listening,speaking, reading in English, able to be used for daily communication and work report.

2. Platform O&M Engineer
Monitor and maintain substation control platforms (SCADA, HMI, dashboards).
Configure and troubleshoot data interfaces and alarms.

3. Inspection Engineer
Manage inspection systems (cameras, sensors, drones).
Set up automated inspection points and analyze faults.

4. Asset Management Engineer
Track asset health, outage coordination (OCM), and lifecycle reports.
Use statistical tools (SAP, Maximo) for maintenance planning.
