1- Manage the daily operations of pallet storage and warehouse space usage
2- Coordinate pallet placement, movement, and space allocation.
3- Supervise warehouse staff, forklift operators (if applicable), or contractors.
4- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse.
5- Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping of stored items.
6- Oversee loading/unloading and inbound/outbound flow.
7- Implement warehouse procedures to optimize space and efficiency.
8- Work with the sales/booking team to prepare space for new client.
