Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities related to electrical connections and mixer assembly.
Coordinate with engineering and quality control teams to ensure product specifications are met.
Monitor and optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to improve skills and performance.
Maintain production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery, coordinating maintenance as needed.
Document production data, report on performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in production supervision within the electrical or electronic manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical connections, mixers, and related assembly processes.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Good understanding of safety standards and quality assurance protocols.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.
