### Job Description

We are seeking a Material Technical Approval Specialist (MTA Specialist) to join our team urgently. This role is essential for the successful execution of our projects at the Red Sea Global Projects.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Material Submittals:** Prepare and ensure timely submission and resubmission of material approvals to consultants.
- **Document Management:** Utilize Aconex to locate and manage documents efficiently.
- **Compliance Checklists:** Create compliance checklists according to project specifications and material specifications.
- **Scope of Work:** Develop scope of work related to materials.
- **Technical Knowledge:** Possess basic technical knowledge about materials and the ability to read drawings.
- **Vendor Coordination:** Work closely with vendors and suppliers to collect necessary documents, including:
- Statement of Compliance
- Specification Compliance Checklist
- Material Data Sheet
- Material Safety Data Sheet
- Sample Pictures
- Test Reports
- LEED Compliance Documents
- Country of Origin Certificates
- Product Authority Approvals
- Previous Project Approvals
- Project Reference Lists
- Company Profiles/Catalogues
- **Follow-Up:** Ensure follow-up with suppliers for any missing or revised technical documents.
- **Meetings:** Attend project coordination meetings related to materials and procurement.

### Requirements

- Candidates must have their own laptop.
- Other accessories will be provided by the company.
- This position is open to freelancers or those with Ajeer contracts.
- Immediate mobilization is required upon successful interview.
- **Note:** IQAMA transfer will not be offered immediately.
