Shad Global is seeking a Freelance Business Development Consultant to help identify and secure construction and industrial projects in the Eastern Province.

This is a commission-based opportunity for an experienced professional with strong industry connections and a deep understanding of the Saudi oil & gas, petrochemical, or civil construction sectors.


Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue project opportunities in the oil & gas, industrial, or infrastructure sectors
• Build relationships with EPC contractors, plant owners, project managers, and procurement teams
• Assist in submitting company profiles, prequalification documents, or bids (with internal support)
• Communicate project requirements and coordinate meetings between clients and Shad Global
• Close deals or secure subcontracts for civil, electrical, mechanical, or site support scopes
