Description

We are hiring a Site Engr. for our ongoing FITOUT project in Riyadh!

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Availability: Immediate
Industry: Construction / Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage fit-out civil works at site.
Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in BOQ preparation.
Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software for drafting and revision.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on-site.
Ensure timely execution of works as per schedule and quality standards.
Lead the site team and ensure proper workflow and task delegation.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and attend site meetings.
Ensure compliance with safety and company policies on site.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out projects (preferably in Riyadh/Saudi Arabia).
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, and site coordination.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle pressure and work independently.
