Description

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.Over 7 years of experience.
Preferably holds ESRI certifications such as ArcGIS Desktop Associate.
Practical experience using GIS software such as: ESRI ArcGIS (ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro),
QGIS, MapInfo, ERDAS Imagine. - Ability to design and analyze geographic databases (Geodatabases).
Proficient in tools such as ArcGIS Enterprise, SQL Server Spatial, PostGIS.
Experience in developing web and mobile applications using ArcGIS Online, Web AppBuilder, or APIs such as Leaflet,
OpenLayers, JavaScript API for ArcGIS.- Ability to integrate GIS with other systems such as Enterprise Asset
Management Systems (EAMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Database Management Systems.
Skilled in preparing technical and analytical reports to support decision-making.
