Job Purpose:

• Employee will be authorized to coordinate ans submit report to client with the approval of Project or Planning Manager
• Responsible for all documents relatd to project planning

Scope of Work

Employee will be authorized to coordinate and submit reports to client with the approval of Project or Planning Manager
• Responsible for all documents related to project planning.
Scope of work ( Explain briefly)
• Preparation of project Baseline Project Schedule
• Monitoring and updating project schedule
• Preparation of weekly and monthly project progress reports
• Preparation of project accomplishment.
• Preparation of project schedule including design, procurement and construction detailed activities in conjunction with project manager.
• Monitoring the progress of the project activities, including where corrective actions are required.
• Preparation of construction progress report and analysis of actual versus plan activities.
• Monitoring of the project financial performance and updating of the budget.
• Assistance of the project manager in assessment of cost and time impact of the work changes.
