We are a fast-growing burger restaurant chain in KSA seeking a qualified Area Manager with hands-on experience managing multiple fast food branches and operations through Fopdics.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets

Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards (QSC)

Manage staff performance, scheduling, and training needs

Utilize Fopdics system for inventory, finance, and HR monitoring

Lead store audits and implement performance improvement plans

Achieve sales and cost targets through effective planning

Requirements:

5+ years of Area/Operations Management experience in a recognized fast food brand

Proficiency in Fopdics software

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Valid Saudi Driving License

Ability to travel regularly between branches
