We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Electrical Engineer with over 10 years of professional experience in electrical equipment overhauling, repair, testing, and workshop management.

Experience Required: 10+ Years
Industry: Electrical Maintenance / Workshop / Testing & Repair
Availability: Immediate preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university, with a solid foundation in power systems, electrical machines, and industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities:
Overhaul, repair, and test LV/MV motors, transformers, generators, and related electrical equipment.

Perform condition monitoring, vibration analysis, and conduct root cause failure analysis with appropriate corrective actions.

Prepare technical inspection reports and recommend repairs in accordance with OEM standards, IEC 60034, and IEC 60079-19.

Lead shutdown maintenance, servicing, and equipment replacements.

Supervise workshop activities and manage a team of 25+ technicians across workshop and on-site projects.

Oversee testing, inspection, and final acceptance, ensuring equipment meets performance standards before release.

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of electrical projects.

Plan and monitor spare parts, job timelines, and technical documentation.

Deliver technical support and training for diagnostic tools and procedures to enhance team capability.

Ensure adherence to international standards, HSE, and quality control protocols in all operations.



Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with LV/MV motors, transformers, and electrical panels.

Strong skills in fault diagnosis, repair, and testing.

Knowledge of IEC and OEM standards (60034, 60079-19).

Proficient in vibration analysis (CSI 2140, PeakVue).

Experience in electrical installations, MCCs, and switchgears.

Ability to lead teams and manage workshop/site activities.

Good reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
