We're a growing company specializing in providing reliable and efficient transportation solutions (vans, coasters, and buses) for both blue-collar and white-collar employees of businesses across Saudi Arabia. We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team as an independent contributor, driving new business acquisition and contributing directly to our expansion.

Responsibilities:
• In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their employee transportation needs, and presenting tailored solutions that highlight the value and efficiency of our fleet.
• Initiate contact with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and direct visits.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations tailored to individual client needs.
• Confidently negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients
• Provide valuable feedback to the management team on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to help refine our services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline progress using our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
