A warehouse supervisor plays a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:

1. *Inventory Management*: Overseeing stock levels, tracking inventory movement, and ensuring accurate stock counts.

2. *Team Supervision*: Leading and training warehouse staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.

3. *Order Fulfillment*: Ensuring timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.

4. *Safety and Compliance*: Maintaining a safe working environment, enforcing safety protocols, and adhering to regulatory requirements.

5. *Space Optimization*: Maximizing storage capacity, organizing inventory layout, and implementing efficient storage solutions.

6. *Problem-Solving*: Addressing operational issues, resolving conflicts, and implementing process improvements.

7. *Reporting and Analysis*: Generating reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and operational efficiency.

8. *Communication*: Coordinating with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.

Effective warehouse supervisors are essential for maintaining efficient operations, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction.

Experience:Minimum 3-5 years experience only as Warehouse supervisor.

Qualification : Graduated,other certifications


Note : Iqama transfer is preferred.
