Job Summary
The Senior Civil Engineer is responsible for leading and overseeing civil engineering design, construction, and site execution activities on large-scale industrial projects. This role requires a deep understanding of Saudi Aramco specifications, industry codes, and quality standards to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.
Required Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred)
• Certifications:
o PMP (optional but preferred)
o Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration
o Aramco CBT passed or SAP number (highly preferred)
• Saudi Aramco Approval: Prior approval or experience with Aramco projects is strongly preferred.

Experience Requirements
• 12–20 years of civil engineering experience, primarily in industrial sectors such as:
o Oil & Gas
o Petrochemical Plants
o Power and Energy Projects
o Heavy Infrastructure / Marine Works
• Minimum 5 years of experience on Saudi Aramco projects, with full familiarity with SAES, SAMSS, and SATIP requirements.

Skills and Competencies
• In-depth knowledge of international and Aramco civil standards and specifications.
• Strong command of engineering software: AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Civil 3D, Primavera/MS Project.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Capable of managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale project execution.
• Proficient in technical documentation, quality assurance, and project reporting.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures, HSE regulations, and site supervision practices.
