The Human Resources Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the HR functions within an organization. This position is responsible for ensuring that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the overall strategic goals of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance on employee development plans.
• Address employee relations issues and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping the organization informed of any changes.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics to track departmental performance.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
• Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate employee records and timely submissions.
