We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day functions of our shopping mall. The ideal candidate will assist the Operations Manager in ensuring smooth mall operations, tenant support, and customer satisfaction.

πŸ”Ή Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily mall operations including maintenance, cleaning, security, and safety coordination

Support communication with tenants, vendors, and service providers

Monitor service quality and report any issues to the Operations Manager

Help organize mall events, promotions, and seasonal activities

Maintain documentation and reports related to operations, inspections, and vendor services

Ensure compliance with mall policies and health & safety standards

πŸ”Ή Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

1–3 years of experience in mall, facilities, or property operations (preferred)

Good communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Bilingual in English and Arabic is an advantage

Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
