We're Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor – Shopping Mall

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our technical and maintenance operations at the mall. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in electrical systems, firefighting systems, and general facility maintenance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting systems

Ensure all safety and preventive maintenance procedures are followed

Conduct regular inspections and respond to maintenance requests from tenants and mall management

Manage maintenance team schedules and evaluate performance

Coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialized work

Maintain records of maintenance works, logs, and compliance reports

Ensure all systems comply with local health and safety regulations

🔹 Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related technical field

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in mall or commercial facility maintenance

Strong knowledge of firefighting systems, electrical panels, and building maintenance standards

Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals

Strong supervisory and communication skills

Proficiency in both Arabic and English is a plus
