Position : E&I Supervisor
Salary : 3000 to 5000 SAR
Contract : Renewable
Location : Al Hasa-Hofuf

The Supervisor, E&I will oversee and manage all electrical and instrumentation activities. This role includes ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating maintenance and project work, and leading a team of technicians to ensure optimal plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily E&I operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational protocols.
• Lead and mentor a team of E&I technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve electrical and instrumentation issues.
• Ensure all E&I equipment is maintained, calibrated, and operating effectively.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for E&I systems.
• Prepare and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for operational demands.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of E&I systems and equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance and repair activities.
• Participate in incident investigations and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies related to E&I operations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation supervision, preferably in a piping or industrial setting.
