Description

We are currently looking for skilled and experienced Steel Fixers and Carpenters to join our construction team. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in the construction industry, be reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Steel Fixer:

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Cut, bend, and tie steel bars and mesh

Position steel bars correctly in formwork for concrete structures

Ensure proper spacing and alignment

Use hand and power tools safely

Carpenter:

Construct and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes

Build formwork for concrete

Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials

Follow construction plans and blueprints

Maintain tools and equipment

Requirements:
Proven experience in steel fixing and/or carpentry (minimum 2–3 years preferred)

Knowledge of construction safety standards

Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions

Good physical condition and stamina

Strong attention to detail

Must be dependable and punctual
