URGENT HIRING!!!!

Plastering Work:
Prepare and clean surfaces for plastering (walls, ceilings, partitions, etc.).
Mix and apply coats of plaster, cement, or stucco to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
Use tools like trowels, floats, brushes, and spray guns for different finishes (smooth, textured, decorative).
Ensure proper curing of plastered surfaces.
Repair cracks and imperfections on plastered surfaces.

Masonry Work:
Construct walls, partitions, and other structures using bricks, concrete blocks, or natural stones.
Lay out work using levels, plumb bobs, and measuring tools.
Mix mortar or grout and lay bricks, stones, or blocks in a uniform manner.
Repair and maintain existing masonry structures.
Apply waterproofing or damp-proof materials when required.

Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in plastering and masonry work (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques.
Physically fit to work in demanding site conditions.
Basic understanding of site safety practices and use of PPE.
