Job Summary:
The LED Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of LED lighting systems and display panels. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure LED lighting systems and display panels according to project specifications.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on LED equipment.

Diagnose and repair faults in LED lights, drivers, and control systems.

Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.

Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Collaborate with project teams to support event setups or permanent installations.

Stay updated on new LED technologies and tools.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or technical certification in electronics or electrical systems.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in LED installation or electrical maintenance.

Strong understanding of LED technology, power supplies, and control systems.

Ability to use multimeters, soldering tools, and other diagnostic equipment.

Good physical condition and willingness to work at heights or in confined spaces.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with LED control software (e.g., Novastar, Colorlight) is a plus.
