🧾 Job Description:
Job Title: Pest Control Operations Supervisor
Reports To: Operations Manager / General Manager
Job Type: Full-Time

🔍 Overview:
We are hiring a Pest Control Operations Supervisor for one of our clients in Riyadh. This role will manage day-to-day pest control operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, supervise teams, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

🧰 Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:

Supervise daily pest control service operations.

Assign tasks and manage technician schedules.

Ensure correct pest control treatment procedures.

Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory.

Team Leadership & Training:

Train and evaluate pest control technicians and sales team.

Conduct safety meetings and ensure policy compliance.

Provide guidance on complex pest control cases.

Customer Service & Compliance:

Address service issues and customer complaints.

Conduct site inspections and recommend solutions.

Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Maintain accurate records and service reports.

✅ Requirements:
Nationality: Egyptian, Syrian, or Sudanese (preferred)

Language: English (mandatory)

Driving License: Valid Saudi driving license

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in pest control (supervisory experience preferred)

Knowledge of chemicals, pest control methods, and industry regulations

Education: High school diploma or above (Associate/Bachelor’s preferred)

License: Pest control license/certification preferred

Availability: Immediate joiners only (within 1 week)

Iqama: Must be transferable

🕒 Working Conditions:
Shift: 11 hours per day (10 hours work + 1 hour break)

Day Off: 1 day per week
