Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry in Eastern Region

Experience in Food & Beverage sector is highly preferable

Proven ability to manage retail, wholesale, and mini-market customers

Strong background in achieving sales and collection targets

Excellent communication and customer relationship skills

Responsibilities:
Supervise and support sales activities across various customer segments

Meet and exceed assigned sales and collection goals

Expand customer base and strengthen existing client relationships

Track competitor activities and market trends
