Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of cold storage and freezer rooms across branches or the central facility.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot any refrigeration-related malfunctions.
• Ensure all cold room units are functioning within safe temperature ranges in compliance with food safety standards.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and coordinate emergency repairs.
• Maintain logs of temperature readings, service records, and equipment conditions.
• Coordinate with the operations and food safety teams to ensure uninterrupted performance.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in refrigeration and cold room systems (preferably in the food industry).
• Technical diploma or certification in refrigeration systems or HVAC.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
• Familiarity with commercial refrigeration brands and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
