We are currently seeking a talented and experienced General Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, capable of managing a kitchen, and experienced in preparing a variety of international and local cuisines.

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare high-quality meals with consistency and attention to detail
• Plan and develop menu items, ensuring variety and nutritional value
• Monitor food costs and inventory levels
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per local regulations
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:
• 5 year’s experience as a General Chef or Head Chef
• Proficiency in multiple cuisines (Middle Eastern, Continental, etc.)
• Strong leadership and time management skills
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food safety protocols
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification
• Experience working in hotels, restaurants, or catering services
• Ability to communicate in English; Arabic is a plus
