**Rabbit Hole Cakes & Celebrations**

- Welcome customers and assist them with their orders.
- Process customer orders and record them in the restaurant database.
- Relay customers' orders to the kitchen staff.
- Ensure all orders are delivered to customers promptly.
- Accept payments and provide the correct change.
- Tally the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Package food orders in appropriate bags and boxes.
- Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer feedback.
- Clean and organize the dining, service, and kitchen areas.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) for ordering, receiving, and dispatching.
- Handle point-of-sale and aggregator orders promptly.
- Manage cash transactions with care, following cashier procedures set by management.
- Coordinate communication between the kitchen and customers regarding order dispatch.
- Perform opening and closing procedures.
- Keep the bar stocked, especially before and during peak hours.

**Salary:**

- Basic: 1500 SAR
- Food Allowance: 300 SAR
- Accommodation & Transportation provided by the company
- Duty hours: 8 hours per shift
