Job Vacancy: GRO Officer (Government Relations Officer)

Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all government-related affairs for the company, including interactions with MHRSD, Jawazat, GOSI, Ministry of Commerce, municipalities, and other relevant authorities.

Manage visa applications, Iqama issuance/renewal/cancellation, labor cards, exit/re-entry permits, and final exit processes for employees.

Ensure compliance with all Saudi labor laws and government regulations.

Assist in maintaining and renewing company licenses such as CR, municipal license, ZATCA registration, Muqeem, and Makatib systems.

Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials to ensure smooth operations and timely updates on regulatory changes.

Prepare and submit required documents and translated materials according to government requirements.

Support HR in managing administrative processes for expatriate employees.

Requirements:

Saudi nationals preferred; candidates with valid transferable Iqama also considered.

Minimum 2 years of experience in GRO or government relations work in Saudi Arabia.

In-depth knowledge of Saudi government portals such as Muqeem, Absher, Qiwa, GOSI, Baladi, ZATCA, etc.

Proficient in Arabic for communication with government entities.

Proficiency in English or Chinese as a working language is required.

High level of responsibility, integrity, and the ability to work independently.

Competent in Microsoft Office applications and online submission systems.
