Description

Position: Office Secretary

Key Responsibilities:

Manage correspondence, scheduling, and filing

Answer and direct phone calls and emails

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents

Prepare invoices and perform data entry

Provide administrative support to management and staff.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or any Bachelor's degree

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge and experience in SAP and related business software

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role preferred

Salary: SAR 2,000/month (SAR 1,750 basic + SAR 250 food allowance)

Working Hours: 8 hours/day, no overtime (6 days in Week)

Accommodation: we will provide

Visa Requirement: Transferable visa (transfer after 3 months)
