Description

hiring an experienced OSP Supervisor – Operations & Maintenance to oversee the health and performance of our outside plant infrastructure across FOC, LDN, Metro, FTTH, and Civil networks.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage O&M activities of the OSP fiber network.

Ensure regular cable patrolling and inspection to identify and prevent faults.

Oversee Preventive Maintenance Routines (PMR) as per schedule and quality standards.

Coordinate with third-party contractors for maintenance and urgent restoration.

Liaise with GROs (Government Relations Officers) for permits, site access, and compliance-related matters.

Respond promptly to faults, outages, and service degradation, ensuring quick resolution.

Monitor network health and maintain accurate documentation and reports.

Requirements:
Proven experience in OSP O&M (FOC / LDN / Metro / FTTH / Civil).

Strong knowledge of PMR procedures, fiber cable infrastructure, and route protection.

Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience in Salam Network operations is a plus.

Strong communication and coordination skills for handling internal teams, third parties, and GROs.

Ability to lead field teams and manage multiple maintenance activities simultaneously.
