Senior Architectural Engineer – Aluminum Works
Location: Madinah, Saudi Arabia
To manage and oversee architectural design and detailing related to aluminum works including windows, doors, curtain walls, and fa?ades. The role involves preparing shop drawings, coordinating with production and installation teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed architectural and aluminum shop drawings using AutoCAD or relevant software.
• Review project specifications and architectural drawings to extract aluminum scope of work.
• Coordinate with the design team, consultants, and contractors to resolve design issues.
• Conduct site visits and take necessary field measurements when required.
• Liaise with the production department to ensure accurate fabrication based on approved drawings.
• Assist in material take-offs and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for aluminum works.
• Provide technical support during installation and supervise execution if needed.
• Ensure all drawings and designs comply with Saudi building codes and project standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of drawings, approvals, and correspondence.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aluminum works (windows, doors, fa?ades, curtain walls).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp is a plus).
• Strong understanding of aluminum systems and building materials.
• Good knowledge of Saudi building codes and construction standards.
• Valid driving license (preferred for site visits).

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Working Conditions:
• Based in a manufacturing facility for aluminum products.
• Occasional travel within Saudi Arabia for site coordination and inspection.
