1. Strategic Business Development
• Identify and pursue new clients in construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors through market
research, networking, and targeted outreach
• Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the heavy equipment rental division, aligning
with company revenue targets.

2. Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, contractors, and project managers
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely equipment delivery, proactive support, and dispute resolution
resolution.

3. Sales & Proposal Management
• Prepare competitive proposals, rental agreements, and contracts tailored to client needs
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

4. Market Intelligence
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing models to identify opportunities and risks
• Optimize fleet utilization based on market demand and sector-specific requirements.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Provide client feedback to internal stakeholders for service improvements.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in business development, sales, or operations within the heavy equipment rental industry
in Saudi Arabia
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Skills & Competencies
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of heavy equipment (cranes, Graders, loaders) and Saudi
market dynamics.
• Networking: Established relationships with clients in construction, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.
• Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills; fluency in English

Logistics
• Valid transferable Iqama (for expatriates)
• Saudi driving license
• Ready to join immediately or on short notice
