We are seeking a skilled and responsible Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure that construction activities are carried out according to plans, specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications.
• Ensure safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Coordinate between engineers, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Prepare and maintain daily work reports, material usage logs, and manpower records.
• Identify potential issues and resolve them to avoid project delays.
• Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.
• Assist in planning construction schedules and resource allocation.
• Proven experience in construction and site supervision.
• Good knowledge of civil engineering drawings and construction methods.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Valid Saudi Driving License.
• Preference for local candidates with Indian nationality, especially Keralites.
