Preferred nationality: Moroccan, Tunisian, Pakistani, Egyptians, Jordanian, Indian - (bilingual)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Freight Forwarding Supervisor to lead our logistics operations and ensure seamless coordination of freight forwarding activities. This role is ideal for someone with 3-4 years of freight forwarding experience who is ready to take on a supervisory position. The Freight Forwarding Supervisor will oversee a team, manage shipments, communicate with clients, and ensure compliance with all regulations, playing a critical role in maintaining efficient and cost-effective logistics solutions.
Requirements:
• Education - Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
Leadership Abilities - Experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge - Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes in KSA, including Custom clearance regulations and compliance in international logistics.
• Communication Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members, clients, and shipping lines / airlines
