Description

We are looking for a highly experienced HVAC Maintenance Manager to lead commercial B2B operations across multiple client sites including hotels, hospitals, malls, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead preventive and corrective maintenance for all HVAC systems (Split, VRF, Chillers, etc.)

Supervise technicians and manage multi-site operations

Ensure SLA compliance, safety, and work quality

Coordinate emergency repairs and spare part procurement

Provide technical training and support AMC delivery

Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering

7+ years HVAC maintenance experience (3+ years in leadership)

Strong knowledge of Chillers, VRF, AHUs, FCUs & BMS

Valid Saudi driving license & transferable Iqama

Strong communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
