Job Announcement: Plant Manager – Fish Freezing Facility(Jeddah)
A leading Saudi company specializing in logistics and maritime transport is seeking to fill the position of:
Plant Manager
To oversee operations at a newly established fish freezing plant, under the following conditions:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the food industry.
3. Proven ability to lead operational and production processes, and supervise working teams.
4. Experience in setting up or operating new plants is a plus.
5. Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
6. Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
