Description


We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Gaming PC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of gaming hardware, troubleshooting skills, and a passion for gaming technology. This role involves assembling, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading gaming PCs and providing technical support to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

-1 Maintenance Laptop - Desktop & PC Assembly & Upgrades:

Assemble custom gaming PCs as per customer specifications.
Assembling of Desktops, mini-PCs & upgrade kits to PC Builder standards.
Install, configure, and upgrade components such as CPUs, GPUs, RAM, cooling systems, and power supplies.
Ensure proper cable management and optimize airflow for maximum performance.
AIO Water cooling installation & Cable management inside gaming desktops.
Reporting incompatibilities and faults to the Assembly manager
Ensure machines are assembled, tested & completed in a timely manner
2- Troubleshooting & Repairs:

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to gaming PCs.
Perform component replacements and repairs for faulty hardware.
Conduct stress tests and performance evaluations to ensure system stability.
3- Customer Support & Service:

Provide expert advice to customers on gaming PC builds and configurations.
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues both in-store and remotely.
Offer software support, including driver updates and system optimizations.
4- Inventory & Maintenance:

Maintain an organized workstation and keep tools in good condition.
Track inventory levels of PC components and accessories.
Ensure all products are tested and meet quality standards before delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in gaming PC assembly and repair.
Strong knowledge of gaming hardware, overclocking, cooling solutions, and peripherals.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision.
Passion for gaming and staying updated on the latest gaming technologies.
