Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
1. Prepare technical documents such as MR/MTS/TQ and other material technical review documents.
2. Responsible for the design review, optimization and implementation of the project fire protection system to ensure compliance with project specifications and progress.
3. Coordinate various technical issues involving the fire protection system in the design, construction and commissioning stages, and communicate and coordinate with the owner and all parties to solve technical problems.
4. Manage the technical briefing of subcontractors/suppliers and the approval of construction plans to ensure compliance with local Saudi regulations and international standards (such as ASHRAE).
5. Participate in equipment selection, load calculation, BIM modeling and other work, and cooperate with various professional teams in the project.
6. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
7. Proficient in AutoCAD.
8. Those with more than 5 years of experience in Saudi fire protection construction will be given priority. Those with work experience in Saudi Aramco will be given priority.
9. Work location: Jeddah。
