Description

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
1. Prepare technical documents such as MR/MTS/TQ and other material technical review documents.
2. Responsible for the design review, optimization and implementation of the project HVAC system to ensure compliance with project specifications and progress.
3. Coordinate various technical issues involving HVAC systems in the design, construction and commissioning stages, and communicate and coordinate with the owner and all parties to solve technical problems.
4. Manage subcontractor/supplier technical briefings and construction plan approvals to ensure compliance with Saudi local regulations and international standards (such as ASHRAE).
5. Participate in equipment selection, load calculation, BIM modeling and other work, and cooperate with various project professionals to work together.
6. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
7. Proficient in AutoCAD.
8. Work location: Jeddah
9.Applicants with more than 5 years of experience in HVAC system construction in Saudi Arabia will be given priority, and applicants with work experience in Saudi Aramco will be given priority.
