Total Package: SAR(3000 to 3500)

Jobs & Responsibilities

Order Management:

Process and confirm customer orders through the Point of Sale (POS) system or delivery software.

Ensure accurate entry of food items, special instructions, and delivery details.

Payment Handling:

Process various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile wallets.

Provide accurate change and receipts to customers or delivery personnel.

Reconcile cash drawers and report discrepancies at the end of shifts.


Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers courteously.

Address inquiries about menu items, prices, promotions, and delivery times.

Handle complaints or escalate them to a supervisor when necessary.

Coordination with Delivery Team:

Communicate order status to kitchen and delivery staff.

Ensure orders are packaged correctly before hand-off to delivery drivers.


Record Keeping & Reporting:

Maintain daily sales records and submit end-of-day reports.

Assist with inventory control by reporting items low in stock.
