KEY REQUIREMENTS : -

• BSC / MSC Chemistry / Diploma in Chemical engineering
• Gulf Experience is an added advantage
• Good written and communication skills.
• Languages – English is a must



EXPERIENCE :-
Minimum 7 Plus years experience as a Chemist in Chemical Cleaning & Decontamination for Boilers, pipelines, and static equipment’s for Oil & Gas, power & Refineries/Petrochemical Industries

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

• Responsible for start up and set up of a new Stimulation & Cementing Laboratory.
• Should perform all testing required during chemical cleaning.
• Supervising the chemical cleaning procedure.
• Responsible for providing expert advice, recommendation and support for chemical selection.
• Assists with the maintenance of laboratory quality and safety.
• Maintains / calibrates laboratory equipment within manufacturer, method and QP &G requirements.
• Conducts and / or coordinates the implementation of new test method and equipment.
• Should perform documentation and reporting laboratory analysis sample
• Take samples and perform analysis to insure product meets established specifications.
• Formulate basic chemical reactions, acid base titrations.
• Design simulation process according to samples received from Client
• Design procedure with reference to Client Standards.
• Calculate dosage and consumption of chemicals on site.
• Analyze Alkalinity, acid concentration, iron concentration, Ph, conductivity, total chlorides and TDS.
• Preparing job logs and Quality formats as per procedure

TECHNICAL SKILLS :-

• Must have Good knowledge of chemicals, chemistry & water treatment.
• Must have knowledge in operating analytical equipment’s like Ph Meter, Spectrometer, corrosion monitor, conductivity meter.
• Good knowledge of M.S office.
