KEY REQUIREMENTS :

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Gulf Experience is an added advantage
• Good written & communication skills
• Languages – English is a must

EXPERIENCE :-
Minimum 10 Plus years experience as a Chemical Supervisor in Chemical Cleaning & Decontamination for Boilers, pipelines, and static equipment’s for Oil & Gas, power & Refineries/Petrochemical Industries

JOB DESCRIPTION :-
• Supervises and leads Chemical Cleaning Crews & ensuring all aspects of performance and work are in compliance with project specifications and completed within planned time and budget constraints.
• Supervises and leads foremen, skilled labor, and work crews in all activities concerned with Chemical Cleaning works.
• Ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment and Materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the project.
• Familiar with and enforces strict compliance with all QA/QC and Safety procedures, plus all Company rules and regulations.
• Commands respect of his Crew, skilled labor and discipline workforce.
• Understands the principals and importance of planning.
• Monitors and tracks daily progress and work completed, comparing planned to actual.
• Reviews quantities of materials received or used during Chemical cleaning project in order to minimize wastage and inefficiency.
• Carrying out quarterly, half yearly and Annual maintenance of equipment’s
• Carrying out pressure test of equipment’s and hoses.
• Write daily progress log sheets.
• Co-ordinate with clients on daily basis during job execution
• Preparing closed and open loops as per the job requirement.
• Trouble shooting of chemical cleaning equipment’s on site.

TECHNICAL SKILLS :

• Must have knowledge to qualify as a work permit receiver
• Knowledge of chemical cleaning equipments & Accessories.
• Reading and understanding of PFD drawings, P & ID & Isometric Drawings.
• Knowledge of QA / QC & Safety.
