Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated STP Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP). This role involves overseeing the treatment processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining efficient plant operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Engineering (B.Sc/B.Tech), or Civil Engineering (B.Sc/B.Tech)

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the operation and management of wastewater or sewage treatment plants.

Valid Iqama and Transferable Iqama (mandatory).

Valid KSA driving license.

Ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and optimize MBBR biological sewage water treatment processes.

Ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulations.

Supervise plant operations and coordinate with maintenance teams.

Analyze data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.

Conduct troubleshooting and resolve process-related issues promptly.

Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.

Preferred Attributes:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Familiarity with KSA environmental regulations and standards.
