Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The Rolling Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the rolling mill, ensuring that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. This role involves supervising the rolling crew, coordinating equipment usage, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and liaising with maintenance and quality departments to optimize production.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in rolling metal into sheets, bars, rods, or other forms.

Monitor mill operations to ensure adherence to production schedules, safety procedures, and quality specifications.

Ensure optimal machine settings and coordinate with technicians to minimize downtime.

Conduct shift meetings and assign tasks to rolling personnel.

Maintain accurate shift reports, production logs, and incident documentation.

Troubleshoot production and machinery issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department.

Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.

Train and mentor new operators and workers on standard operating procedures and safety.

Implement and enforce safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Collaborate with maintenance teams for scheduled and emergency repairs.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, waste reduction, and quality enhancement.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in rolling operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

Strong understanding of metallurgical processes and rolling mill machinery.

Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in an industrial setting.

Ability to read technical drawings, process specifications, and machine settings.

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Willingness to work in shifts and under high-pressure situations.
