Required QA/QC Supervisor!!



We are ZAKCO located in Dammam Saudi Arabia, seeking an experienced QA/QC Supervisor with experience and knowledge of Aramco Standards to join our team, having expertise in developing and implementing quality assurance systems to ensure ISO compliance and reliability.



Required:

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

· 3+ years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry.

· Ability to document QA/QC aspects including inspections, root cause analyses, and process improvements in a clear and understandable manner.

· Knowledge of Aramco standards, methods, and tools

· Well versed with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards for construction industries



Responsibilities:

· Plan, execute, and oversee construction activities for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables

· Investigate quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements

· Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of quality issues

· Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers

· Provide training and support to construction team members that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processes

· Establish quality goals and track progress towards them

· Define quality standards and Prepare/update company’s standard operating procedures

· Update Quality Management Systems (QMS) with incidents, repairs and improvements
