Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical QC Inspector to join our team for a prestigious Aramco project in Haradh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical quality control and a proven track record in Aramco projects.
Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a quality control role; or
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a quality control role.

Valid ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Aramco project experience is mandatory
Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
Ability to join immediately.

Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections of mechanical installations, including piping, equipment, and welding activities, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards and project specifications.
Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and standards to ensure accurate implementation.
Monitor and verify welding procedures, welder qualifications, and ensure adherence to applicable codes and standards.
Perform material inspections upon receipt to ensure conformity with project requirements.
Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and quality documentation.
Coordinate with construction teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with quality management systems.
Ensure that all mechanical works adhere to safety regulations and protocols.
