We're Hiring: Financial Analyst (Strategic Leadership Role)
📍 Location: [Riyad, Saudi Arabia] 🕒 Full-time

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Analyst to join our executive team. This is a strategic position that demands leadership, deep financial acumen, and the ability to shape business decisions at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple business units

-Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and risk management strategies

-Provide data-driven insights to support board-level decision-making

-Collaborate with C-suite leadership to drive long-term business growth

-Ensure compliance with international financial standards and practices

-Optimize capital structure and manage corporate finance activities, including investments and funding strategies

Required Skills & Experience:
-Minimum 10+ years in financial management or strategic finance roles

-Strong command of corporate finance, FP&A, and financial modeling

-Proven track record in budgeting, cost control, and financial restructuring

-Experience working in leadership roles within multinational or complex organizations

-Advanced knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements

-CPA, CFA, or MBA Finance preferred

-Exceptional analytical and communication skills
