Job Description:

We are hiring a Cafeteria in Charag to manage a hospital-based cafeteria that serves various types of coffee, hot and cold drinks, and healthy meals. The candidate must have experience in supervision and sales, with the ability to manage operations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of the cafeteria
• Oversee the preparation of hot/cold drinks and healthy food
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to food safety standards
• Manage inventory and place orders as needed
• Operate and manage the cash register and sales reporting
• Lead and train cafeteria staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints
• Promote product sales, especially healthy food options
• Coordinate with hospital staff and comply with facility policies

Requirements:
• Previous experience in food service or cafeteria supervision
• Sales and customer service experience
• Good command of English
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Transferable Iqama (must)
