Senior Demand Planner – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Location: Riyadh

Function: Supply Chain / Demand Planning

Key Responsibilities
• Develop accurate short and long-term demand forecasts using statistical models and analysis
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Hospital team, Cafeteria and Production teams to gather input and align forecasts
• Track and report key demand-planning metrics (forecast accuracy, forecast bias, inventory turnover, fill rate, etc.) and analyze variances.
• Lead and facilitate S&OP/IBP processes and scenario planning exercises
• Monitor and improve forecast KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, forecast bias, service level)
• Optimize inventory for a wide portfolio of perishable products with short shelf life
• Provide actionable insights to reduce waste and enhance customer service levels
• Analyze demand patterns (seasonal trends, new launches, etc.) and supply constraints.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly meetings to review the demand patterns

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting roles
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Excel-based forecasting models
• Advance Excel. Power BI is a plus
• Strong knowledge of forecasting methods and statistical tools
• Prior experience in food production, FMCG, or perishable goods industries

- Have valid Iqama at least 6 Months
