We are searching for a highly skilled and Aramco-approved Procurement Manager for dual Saudi Aramco Oil and Gas New Pipeline Project.

Key Responsibilities :
The Procurement Manager is responsible for properly implementing and executing Petro V project procurement strategy and ensuring its alignment with the overall business objectives.
Participate in the formulation, development, implementation, and revision of procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and supplier preferencing study.
Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.

Background and Experience Required :
Education: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (CIPS/CPSM certification is a plus)

Experience: Minimum 10+ years in procurement, with a focus on oil & gas materials purchasing

Skills: Aramco procurement expertise, supplier negotiation, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and strong analytical abilities
